Registration

Registration dates & times are listed on our flyers, posted at the New Hyde Park P.A.L. Clubhouse and available here on our website. Please be aware of the following:

• Due to the popularity of our programs & limited spaces available, all of our programs are on a FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED BASIS.
• FULL PAYMENT is due along with the registration form or your child IS NOT REGISTERED for the program.
• There is a LATE REGISTRATION FEE of $15.00.
• Flyers for registration are distributed to all of the schools in the community in Franklin Square and Elmont -PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILDREN'S BACKPACKS.

Franklin Square PAL Office (Mon. - Friday) 3:30 -6:30 PM

 

 Registration will take place from 7pm - 8:30pm at:
Washington Street School:   

Covert Avenue School: 

 

 

* Please note that we have attached a copy of the registration form for your convenience.  Please print a copy and fill it in prior to registration dates.  Bring original & 2 copies on registration night to enter your child into the desired program.
